A Vision for the Future
The New Mexico Business Portal is established as single place to do business with the state of New Mexico as part of the Digital Government Initiative (DGI). New Mexico provides many services like permits, licenses, vehicle registrations, tax payments, etc. The goal of the business portal is to have a centralized location with an intuitive, easy to use interface for businesses and residents to transact with the State of New Mexico.
The Business Portal also provides valuable information to businesses in New Mexico that include:
- Procurement Opportunities.
- Sources for Financial Assistance.
- Business Resources.
- A Business Navigator to help businesses maneuver their way through New Mexico regulations and policies so they stay compliant and in good standing.
As a first step in the Digital Government Initiative, the New Mexico Business Portal will provide links to the various websites to transact with the State of New Mexico; however, as the portal initiative moves forward, portal visitors will be able to transact on this portal and it will become the centralized location to transact with the state of New Mexico.
